"Our home had the original windows and doors from when it was constructed 50 years ago. We were experiencing energy loss, glass fogging in the winter, and water leaks during rain. We started our search for new windows and doors for our 3000 sq. ft. home by calling various Window suppliers for bids. Your proposal was very competitive. In addition, you showed us creative ways to re-configure our window choice to make the proposal even better.
Your installer, Terry, was exceptionally cordial and very considerate of our needs. He tried very hard to work around our schedule especially because my wife is disabled. Terry is an artist by background, and he was able to provide several ideas that improved the installation. His workmanship was exceptional and performed with a high level of professionalism. Other contractors looked at the work Terry did and were impressed with the quality.
During the installation, we decided we did not need the storm doors we had ordered. You graciously, returned the storm doors and gave us full credit. There were several changes to the project. Your charges for the changes were fair and reasonable.
